we’ve tried to keep things simple and straightforward. In
our work process, it’s not about WHO you are, but about WHAT
you do and HOW you do it. There’s no corporate hierarchy
based on things that don’t add value to our clients. Our
TEAM is united under one cause: Keep our clients delighted.
We
believe the glue that holds this TEAM together is TRUST. Our

different kinds of interior services, 65 different lines of
high quality new furnishings and 35,000 square feet of
pre-owned furnishings, this is a TEAM with the tools to save

environment.

Partners
Partners
Ron Crabtree and Brad Justice opened Team Office in 1999. They
worked together for well over a year prior to opening the
doors to create a totally flat and TEAM oriented organization
centered around the needs of the customers.
Ron’s
career in administration and facility management is a perfect
compliment to Brad’s long career in office furniture direct
sales. They both believe that this experience and knowledge is
not enough in today’s tough world of business. They believe
it is their ability to apply this experience and knowledge on
a daily basis that brings constant value to the businesses
they serve.
For this
reason, Ron and Brad both office directly in the center of the
Team Office showroom at 316 SW Boulevard, where they are very
active in serving clients regularly, Ron as the Director of
Administration and Operations and Brad as the Director of
Sales and Marketing. This dynamic pair believes in leading by
example: “Show me – don’t tell me”.
